Yesterday, the new OnePlus Ace 2 officially hit the shelves. This device comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The starting price of this flagship mobile phone is 2799 yuan ($413) in China. According to a new report from popular Weibo tech blogger @DCS, the OnePlus Ace 2 series will have a new model.
The blogger reveals that the new model will come with a 6.74-inch 1.5K center punch-hole flexible straight screen with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels. This screen will support high-frequency dimming and the Dimensity 9000 SoC. This new model will also come with up to 16GB of RAM as well as a potential battery capacity of 5000mAh. This device also supports a charging capacity of 100W. On the rear, this device will come with a 64MP main camera as well as an 8MP ultra-wide-angle and a 2MP macro sensor.
OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity 9000 version
The MediaTek Dimensity 9000 has taken the position of the processor in this new OnePlus Ace 2 member’s setup. However, this new model will have a lower video capacity. This means that the new version of the OnePlus Ace 2 will have a slightly lower positioning. Some report claims that the new device would be called the OnePlus Ace 2 Racing Edition. The Dimensity 9000 uses the 4nm TSMC process and the CPU component is made up of a 1+3+4 three-cluster design. This chip will come with the Cortex X2 super large core, and its primary frequency is higher than 3.0GHz. It is a flagship processor that MediaTek introduced last year.
